Working to Make a Difference
"Over the years we have witnessed the many outstanding contributions you have made to the success of the small business community in Austin and Central Texas. The BSC has championed many innovative practices that have enabled small businesses to thrive, especially younger and riskier ones. You have created value in the community through extensive training programs, service to your members and the community at large, and effective activism on behalf of small businesses. Another significant activity has been the building of connections between educators, government agencies, and business people. You have done this by creating opportunities for each sector to share information and resources and to work together for mutual benefit." Robert Ronstadt, Ph.D., IC2 Institute

For those who work with a significant other. Safely discuss these issues and share concerns. The goal is for family members, friends, and spouses to be able to work together "without killing each other". The idea came from a program that Jan Triplett specially developed for a technology company run by a husband and wife who found how hard it is to work with people you care about. This topic was the focus of a recent article on Jan Triplett in AustinWoman magazine.

For those who want to make the most of each sale. This will give you a way to find the gold you are missing and only get the right clients who will add value to your business in the short term and long term. Includes informational slides that you can use immediately. This is NOT a sales presentation on the BSC. It is one of our most popular programs because it has real results you can do even if you hate sales. This is how we are working to help our local economy.
